Permitted & Prohibited Items

Your Legal Responsibility

This is not a suggestion. Both Requesters and Carriers are solely responsible for ensuring that an item is legal to purchase, transport, and import.

This includes checking all customs, import/export, and aviation security laws for both the departure country (Malaysia) and the arrival country (Singapore). Ignorance of the law is not an excuse and can lead to severe legal and financial consequences.

Qerrier Prohibited Items List

This list is not exhaustive, but it includes the following categories:

Illegal & Regulated Goods

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia.
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives.
• Counterfeit goods, replicas, or "knock-offs".
• Stolen property.
• Items that infringe on copyright or trademark.

Controlled & Restricted Substances

These items are banned on Qerrier even if they are within legal personal allowances.

• Tobacco products (ALL forms, including cigarettes, cigars, and smokeless tobacco).
• Vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and all related liquids/accessories.
• Alcohol (in amounts exceeding personal duty-free allowances).
• Prescription drugs and non-HSA/FDA approved medical devices.

Dangerous & Hazardous Materials

• Flammable liquids, gases, or solids (e.g., lighter fluid, aerosols).
• Corrosive or toxic substances.
• Batteries that are not installed in a device (e.g., loose lithium-ion batteries).
• Any item classified as "dangerous goods" by IATA (International Air Transport Association).

Agricultural & Biological Items

• Live animals, insects, or plants.
• Animal products, meats, and dairy products that are restricted by customs.
• Soil, seeds, and restricted agricultural products.
• Human remains or bodily fluids.

Other

• Pornography and obscene materials.
• Currency, cash, or cash-equivalents (e.g., gift cards, lottery tickets).
• Intangible goods (e.g., digital downloads, services, subscriptions).
• Any item you do not have the legal right to possess or transport.
