Looking for help with an item dispute?

As per our policy, Qerrier does not mediate disputes about items (e.g., quality, wrong item). These must be resolved directly between users. Please see our Dispute Resolution Guide for a step-by-step process.

2. How to Find Your Request ID

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we must have your Request ID. This is the unique code for every transaction.

  1. Navigate to the job (from "My Jobs," "My Posts," or your "Inbox").
  2. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar.
  3. The ID is the string of characters after ?requestId=.

If you still need help with a platform or payment issue, please email us. Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please include the following in your email:

  • The email address registered to your Qerrier account.
  • The Request ID you found in Step 2.
  • A clear description of the platform issue (e.g., "Payment failed," "Cannot upload receipt," "Payout not received").
  • Alternatively, you can use the Send Feedback / Report a Bug button on the menu in the main app page to reach out to us.
